Convoy Details
Thanks for your interest in being part of the longest Land Rover Humanitarian Convoy ever to leave the Cape of Good Hope. It will be a historic event with great media coverage, all in support of saving and improving lives through adventure. Please understand that this is just a one-day affair leaving from the Cape of Good Hope and ending with a Land Rover Get Together at De Grendel Wine Estate where you are free to camp for the night and see us off the next morning. | DATE: | Friday 27th April 2007 |
| PLACE: | Main gate Cape Point Nature Reserve |
| TIME: | Registration on the day will take place from 07h30 to 09h00 |
| COST: | Registration fee of only R50 per Landie to cover Park entrance fee and Chapman's Peak toll. This amount to be paid to marshals at the gate. |
| CONVOY DEPARTURE: | Having met with Kingsley and his team at the Cape of Good Hope the convoy will depart at approximately 10h00. |
| CONVOY ROUTE: | Via Chapman's Peak and along the coast to De Grendel Wine Estate in Milnerton for an end of convoy Jamboree. NB: All Landies will receive a map at the main gate. |
